Regular reviews and working with underwriters and analysts to suggest corrective action.6) Manage independent peer review process, syndicate audits and compliance with general regulatory returns to Lloyd’s, FCA and PRA 7) Carry out Company Secretary duties in charge of filing all company returns for four different entities8) Run Coming into Line (CIL) process with Lloyd’s and look after all Corporate Member responsibilities in London for three Corporate Members 9) Oversight and delivery of structured and ad-hoc MI through the creation of dashboards for use by Underwriting divisions and management including market analysis
