Manage all phases of the companies business in the State of NC, specializing in upgrades and LED retrofits of all types of interior and exterior lighting fixtures and signs. Began with this franchise from it's inception and have grown the business from zero customers on day one to just under 4,000 customers to date. Also specialize in sign restorations of vintage signs built anywhere from the 30's to the present. Believe it or not that 30 year old sign on your building is probably built structurally better than today's new signs, all it needs it someone with the experience and skill to bring it back to life with original or modern lighting technology. Sign and lighting based company that specialized in C-Store renovations and conversions as well as neon, and other types of sign installations. A total self performing company that also painted buildings, built canopies and awnings, lighting retrofits, digital reader panel installations and repairs, all the way down to striping parking lots. You name it, we did it, and we did it better than anyone else in the industry. Our only mistake was putting all of our eggs into one basket (petroleum), after Katrina and the soaring fuel prices, the petroleum industry virtually came to a stand still in lieu of wind fall profits from the over inflated pricing. I had to watch in horror as a small 3 man business grew into a 15 plus crew of employees drop to their knees by overpriced fuel, and consumers spending less money inside the store and the store owners closing location after location due to overall losses of profit. Lesson learned: diversify your clientele, or suffer the same fate. Show less
