Works involve major demolition of a large part of a functioning shopping center to make way for over 30,000 m2 of new retail levels whilst still keeping the existing shopping center trading with minimal disruption. Challenging due to the project being constructed in stages and to a tight programme. Responsible for managing major external services diversions and extensive upgrades to surrounding roads and a significant portion of the structure. Was required to assume the role of Site Manager when the Site Manager is not on site.
