Achievements include:• I created and produced bespoke excel workbooks for operational business use to build regulatory templates that were used for stakeholder confidence• In addition to my test lead role, I took responsibility to build a reporting solution for FINREP, using SAS OLAP Cube Studio and SAS Enterprise Guide as part of a Business Intelligence role. It including building operational data cubes and linking the data to provide reporting attestation packs for stakeholder and business reconciliation on key banking lending products. I also presented analysis on the beneficial uses of Qlikview, Power BI and Tableau to the business.• I successfully built, using SAP Business Objects, reconciliation reports to supplement CoRep (Company Reporting) data analysis. The business adopted A4O – Analysis for Office - for analysing reporting data and I provided training to other analysts on its use• I built individual reconciliation templates using Cognos TM1 for data reconciliation reporting which are currently being used in the quarter end business reporting activities and which provides the information for reporting to the EU.• I produced, rewrote and executed Integration Testing roadmap for Branch Current and Savings Account Opening Process producing no issues on Go Live on the largest Financial Integration project in UK History. This was after my Test Manager left early in the project, leaving me to run both on shore and off shore teams.• I joined Project Verde, with the task of leading 2 test teams who had lost their focus and direction. The teams included seconded staff with little or no test experience. I successfully achieved implementation on current and savings account opening applications without any live issues. 6 seconded staff also achieved their ISEB foundation test certificates under my tutorage.

• On Project Verde, I liaised with four 3rd parties business/test personnel involved in LBG Current account services, successfully testing links between their systems and ours including communicating bespoke workable solutions to test difficult test conditions involving data protection.• After identifying design flaws in early testing, I worked with the Project to reengineer a Savings application against time constraints, and taught System Integration Testers the new design and techniques needed for a retest, to a successful completion and on time.• Led a test team and was asked to lead/create a new test team for actuarial testing after the business analysts lost confidence in the one they were using. I also took over test strategy for a resident consultancy company who were not achieving required progress targets.• While explaining a difficult testing defect to IT developers, a senior IT manager asked me to take over one of his own night time testing projects in conjunction with my own test lead role on Project Verde.
