Bio
Noah Decter-Jackson
I first got to meet Gary a while before we moved to the Eureka Project and became a part of the incubator many years ago. Gary has a no nonsense upfront and professional approach that I really appreciate, and his support while we were in the incubator was crucial to helping us transform into a profitable enterprise. A chronic entrepreneur, when the government pulled their funding for incubators, he didn't give up and shut the doors on Eureka, but transformed it into a successful enterprise.

This was a RTO rescue mission. E-Phoria was a publicly traded company that had invested heavily, trying to take advantage of the dot-com craze. I took the helm when the investors started to rebel, the regulator was cranky, and just before the great tech-crash of 2000. First, I had to clean up the regulatory mess with the Stock Exchange, then I had to quell a rebellion of shareholders. I restructured the company, relocated it to Hollywood, refinanced it, and exited - all in the aftermath of the crash. Show less

Acquired a software company that developed practice management software for medical rehab providers. Founder had hit his "growth ceiling". I led the growth initiatives and in five years we attained over 50% market share. Merged with, acquired, or displaced 7 competitors. We secured significant VC investment that enabled us to access foreign markets. Acquired a software company that developed practice management software for medical rehab providers.
