  Managed the transition of 25 vendors to e-data which included creating e-data, labeling, barcoding, and stockroom standards leading to a 98% reduction in assembly kit errors. Experience in multilevel BOMs and utilizing partial assembly analysis to recover over $250K in parts by combining information from three separate databases. Created a polarized fiber offset splicing application which standardized the work process, utilized linear curve fit calculations, and simplified data recording which reduced job training requirement from two weeks to six hours. The application was deployed in three countries. Design and publish ad-hoc engineering test reports utilizing SQL, Excel, and Minitab for sample product acceptance.
