  I continue to medically direct the legacy PDR rehabilitation practice which was purchased by iSpine Pain Physicians in April 2021. Our program continues to serve patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, especially chronic neck and back pain. We continue to utilize a team of PT's, OT's and physicians in a bio/psycho/social approach. Activities include diagnosis and strength based rehabilitation utilizing MedX equipment to isolate on core and deep core muscles supporting the spine.

  RHCI is a 501c3 non-profit organization who's mission is to improve health and nutrition for woman and children in Sierra Leone. In addition to serving as a founding board member, I spent 10 months in 2015/2016 living in Tikonko, Sierra Leone, moving our programs forward. This included the construction of a 24 bed birth waiting home for pregnant women and a home base for RHCI, initiating more intense farming on our 5 acres, practicing hospital pediatrics, observing our ongoing motorbike clinics to remote villages, practicing medicine out of my home in Tikonko, and furthering connections and partnerships with multiple poorly resourced government clinics manned by maternal and child health aides.

I also supervised the CNP's and PAC's working in the practice.
