Supporting 2000+ users/PC's including senior executives of the bank. Working for under 2 years for Citi on a Working VISA. Has been a great experience coming in to a corporate environment and sinking my teeth in to a completely different way of working and thinking. The pressure of having Senior executives request a fix which requires quick outside of the box thinking is a lot of fun. Have picked up skills beyond technology that I feel have helped me gain a much more well rounded work ethic and understanding of the corporate world. Brief rundown: Working with multiple technology aspects ranging from Factset, Bloomberg, Avaya, Blackberry, Iphone, Mac, VDI, Server. multiple ranges of Market data and analyst applications Running separate Projects on conjunction with normal ticket duites liaising with multiple teams within Citi to ensure a timely resolution to any and all issues raised by the user base Virus infection analysis such is phishing emails Hardware builds Utilizing SQL Database for data analysis via Powershell Show less

I made Big Macs in 12 seconds. (you were never kept waiting at a drive thru when I was on shift.) McDonalds was a great stepping stone exiting from school life in to work life. It gives you a short sharp shock to the system that I believe all students need when entering the world. You realise you are not a special snow flake and that a lot of what you did in school has not prepared you for the wonderful world of middle management, flexi hours, minimum wage, the knowledge that you are expendable. It toughens you up, you learn the fundamentals of work life and it gives you a drive to get out of there as fast as you can. Great place. Glad I buy the burgers instead of making them now. Show less
