Dr. McKinney always has a wealth of knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to unite his team- even in the most challenging times. He stepped into a role during the pandemic and immediately ensured over 1,000 employees and 10,000 students felt supported, valued, and safe. He has been one of the best administrators I have worked with and for, and he will be an asset to every team he joins. It would be an honor to have our paths cross in the future and to work for him again.

I have known Garth for 7 years. He has been an asset to the district in all three roles he has held. Most recently as Superintendent, Garth has restored a high level of professionalism and trust to the office. Garth is willing to listen to all parties and gather information before making decisions. He allows people the freedom to do your their job while following up and holding people accountable if needed. He is extremely level headed and thorough while handling all of the challenges of a large school district. It is my pleasure to recommend Dr. McKinney as both a person and a professional for any school administration job he may seek in the future. Regards, Dave Rauseo Transportation Director Nashua School District
