      Founding director of Abingdon Studios Ltd- The first contemporary art studios and project space in Blackpool. Over the last 5 years the studios has provided much-needed support and facilities for contemporary art practitioners living on the coast as well as stimulated a number of artists transitioning to live and work in Blackpool as a decision to move to a more affordable and sustainable destination to take risks and experiment with their practice. There are 10 studios, fully occupied by an intergenerational group of artists bringing a wealth of experience to the table. Abingdon Studios Project Space (ASPS) has exhibited a wide programme of exhibitions, screenings, talks, and live art performances. Including the creation of Blackpools first-ever international residency programme, WORK/LEISURE, which supported artists from Germany, Finland, Canada and the UK with a month long residency inclusive of stipend, accommodation and exhibition space. We have supported over 150 artists over the last 5 years to develop new work, reach and engage new audiences and enhance peer networks locally, nationally and internationally.       Development, production and installation of key artists commissions as part of ART B&B CIC- a Small Capital Works project on Blackpool North Promenade. partners include: Blackpool Council, ACE, Tudor Trust, Power to Change, Coastal Communities Fund and Clore Prize Fund. Artworks range from large scale immersive sculptural installations in functioning bedrooms, to gallery and archival experiences, to library and reading room spaces. Also included acquisitions of existing works for site-specific public realm programming.       Development and implementation of The Beginning, an international artists exchange, and exhibition between South Korea and UK. Developed with UK Young Artists and supported by British Council, Arts Council England, Seojung Art Centre. The beginning showcased 13 ambitious works from young artists aged 18-30 from the UK at the National Assembly, Seoul alongside South Korean artists who later exhibited in Nottingham as part of Nottingham citywide Takeover 2019. Artworks ranged from Woon Art Prize winning sculpture, national touring dance performance and live art, applied arts and ceramic works and painting, drawing and artist moving image. role included: Managing the budget, administration, and planning of all logistics including travel and accommodation, hospitality and program, presentations and exhibition installation, layout and launch event.
