As regional Manager Westerna Australia I was responsible for all remote areas within the State, this took in the Pilbara region and many other mining areas, Garry was my supplier of all IT function linking all my sites back to Perth as well as the Eastern states, he was responsible for the set up and operation of the IT in all these remote sights as, well as the training of the staff in the use of them. I found Garry to be dedicated and willing to work long hours, he always took the time to fully explain the system and how it worked, as well as continually following up on people who had very little knowledge or previous training in IT systems. I was employed with Spotless Services Australia in a dual role as the Regional Services Manager for WA/SA/NT for the Internal Spotless Services Network environment, and also concurrently as the Information Technology and Telecommunications Manager at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre, which is also under Spotless Management. My team and I provided 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level desktop, server, network, systems and communications support for 1600 users, over 182 metropolitan and regional country sites across the 3 states.
