Well known throughout Africa the drink has always been hand mixed ...but I have spent time creating a unique recipe and now have a commercial, bottled Chapmans.Bursting with citrus fruits and a unique refreshing bitters sensation, Chapmans is a non-alcoholic sparkling drink with no artificial colours or preservatives. It is under the UK sugar tax level, and has just 21kcal/100ml. It is vegan friendly and gluten free.For 4 years I have worked at being able to bring this incredibly refreshing drink to market. The recipe and formula is unique. It has been developed to the finest detail with the consultation and professionalism by one of the leading worldwide ingredients companies.Testing has been carried out with the UK's leading Food and Drink Technology Specialist, Campden BRI. Consumer tasting done at shopping malls providing amazing positive feedback.The branding has been vitally important to give it the authentic Africa appeal and provide the passion I have always felt for my days in West Africa, a part of the world I love, have had fun and will always cherish.
