My team are responsible for functional support of the KBR Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) and KBR Supplier which includes CMS the Contract Management software used to manage all Contracts associated with Projects such as Gorgon LNG and Ichthys LNG. Our team is also responsible for the design, deployment and support of all portal based Contract Management dashboards for these major LNG Projects. I currently have a team of 18 technical and functional resources providing P & M systems support to all KBR Projects throughout Asiapacific

  Responsible for the conceptual design, development, support and management of the Company Procurement support systems. RGM International consists of a group of Companies and Business Units with assets of around US$10 billion and employing a work force of over 50,000 people which has Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Palm Oil, Cellulose and Fibre operations in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China and Brazil. Built and delivered the Corporate web based multi lingual systems within the Company, including a Web based global material coding system incorporating online requesting, tracking and approval of all basic material data, characteristic templates, multiple manufacturer and part numbers for SAP and Marian systems. Currently supporting 850,000 multi language material items via in-house built interfaces to the Company ERP system (SAP) and Project Materials system (Intergraph Marian) utilized across 25 Companies. Other systems designed and built by our team in house included Global Supplier Management system, Corporate Procurement portal, Data Cleansing system, Procurement e-learning system and a reporting centre Personnel reporting directly to me included 4 .Net2 Web Developers, 2 Technical Support personnel and a cataloguing team consisting on 1 Lead and 12 Cataloguers located across Indonesia, Singapore, China and Brazil.
