Become an official practical assistant for experimental psychology courses at the psychology faculty of UMS for 3 periods/semesters in 2019-2021. During approximately 1.5 years of teaching full-time, I have received various benefits that I have felt so far until now. The advantages that I get during teaching include being able to get to know each student character or the person I'm working with, getting soft skills in organizing large-scale groups, learning to design easy-to-understand teaching methods, analyzing every problem and providing solutions for each group learn, make myself more honed in terms of the ability to lead people, learn how to recruit and read the results of the screening test for new assistant candidates to be recruited, improve my ability to work in groups or teams to get maximum results, learn to move and organize many teams and provide assessments to each student in order to get maximum course results. During my active teaching period, I also applied several methods that I think I have succeeded in doing to students and these methods have not been applied before by assistants in other classes. In implementing this method, I provide additional teaching hours outside of active lecture hours where I usually offer my group of students to hold group study sessions in the evening voluntarily. In that session, I gave some material that was difficult and explained it back to the students and asked each group and individual about their problems in the courses that I was able to teach. When a group or individual has a problem with the material that has been presented, usually I will try to re-explain some parts that they find difficult to understand and often return the problem to the group to be discussed together so that the group knows each member's problems in order to create a group who have good learning performance. Participate in a mandatory internship program organized by the psychology faculty of UMS with a concentration taken, namely industrial and organizational psychology (PIO). I carried out this internship at a large garment company engaged in the manufacture of high-quality sports gloves on an international scale, namely PT. Sport Glove Indonesia in Sleman, D. I. Yogyakarta for 2 full month. In this activity I occupied a position as HRD staff according to the position I wanted to pursue. Even though my internship was quite short because the faculty only gave me an internship for 2 full month, but I got a lot of knowledge and valuable opportunities, for example I knew how HRD staff work in general, learned how to give psychological assessments to employees who have problems. which has an effect on personal performance, monitoring the attendance of each division, practicing in making a divisional grouping chart (mind-mapping), analyzing problems in several parts of production and assisting HRD mentors in finding these problems, helping HRD mentors in monitoring the two factory branches located in Yogyakarta ensures that there are no obstacles from the employees. The valuable knowledge that I got related to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) was that I learned how to provide training and provide materials to workers who are pregnant, know how to perform disaster simulation procedures, operate fire extinguishers correctly and provide knowledge to workers who are pregnant. employees about proper evacuation procedures if the geographical situation or the work environment experiences a disaster. Contributing to activities as teaching staff or tutors in the English Tutorial Program (ETP), which activities are under the auspices and supervision of the Institute for Basic Science and Language Development (LPIDB) University of Muhammadiyah Surakata for approximately one year. In this program I carry out several important tasks such as teaching basic English to new students, knowing how far their basic English knowledge is both verbally, in writing and when reading, developing good and efficient teaching methods so that students feel comfortable and easy to understand and provide assessment commensurate with their abilities. While carrying out the work organized by the campus, I have received positive benefits for myself such as training how I speak and structurally explain the material or message that I will convey to the public, courage in appearing in public spaces, learning to formulate the right strategy for others to convey a purpose, be able to practice organizing crowds, and practice analyzing each individual regarding their performance in doing something so that the value is commensurate with the abilities they have issued.
