Some of my duties were: hiring personnel, training, coordinating various departments including sales production and shipping, job costing, product design, working with current and future customers, generating monthly P&L statements to our corporate office, monthly physical inventories, monthly quarterly and annual projection goals for our facility, annual capital expenditure projections, verifying that our facility was within OSHA Safety standards, working with current suppliers to verify that raw material costs and quality were within acceptable standards, constantly looking for ways to cut expenses without sacrificing quality-on time deliveries or safety.
