I have known Garrett Schilling for the period of 3 years. During this time period Garrett and I have gotten to work with each other on several different projects that put his tremendous work ethic and unique ,elite skill set on display. Garrett is a natural leader that individuals gravitated to for advice and guidance. He has continually displayed his ability to have success in many important aspects of life. Garrett has an elite work ethic, as good as anyone I’ve ever worked with. He has good communication skills with his peers and student-athletes,. Garrett genuinely cares about his student-athletes, continually going out of his way to provide the best educational experience possible. The Palm Springs POWER Baseball Club recruits elite collegiate players from around the country. Over 100 POWER players have gone on to play for MLB organizations. They play their home games at Palm Springs Stadium. The Anaheim Angels occupied the stadium until 1993. The Power have been fortunate to call the historic Palm Springs Stadium home since 2004.
