  I Initiated, completed, and troubleshot repairs on all Apple, Samsung, and Razer phones including tablets by fixing and replacing screens, charge ports, headphone jacks, back glasses, vibration boxes, speakers, and batteries. As well as demonstrated excellent customer service by assisting consumers promptly with their concerns, questions, and complaints while collaboration with management and colleagues to expedite service.
