When I was hired by the Embassy Suites I had the basic job duties of a front desk agent, check in, check out, print reports, go over guests requests and make sure the guests were happy. Now, As I just celebrated my 3 year anniversary with Hilton, my job duties go beyond the call of a front desk agent. I take all of the tax exempts that we receive each month, sort them, and gather all documents required by the state in order to be reimbursed for the tax exempt stays.
