I currently oversee several affordable housing developments and ongoing projects. PCRI's most recently developed, in 2020, King + Parks, a 70-unit multi-family complex with a mix of 1-3 bedrooms was completed. In 2019, the Beatrice Morrow, an 80- unit multi-family mixed-use development was completed. The current size of our housing portfolio consists of both multi-family and single-family scattered sites totaling over 800 units of affordable housing.
