Garrett to me is a very impressive young professional and person. He is someone that puts in the work to improve himself and his engineering and business skills / credentials. As the 12 year CFO for two manufacturing companies (metal fabrication and injection molding / electronics) I am familiar with engineers and the type of people a manufacturing business depends on. Garrett is one of those people, in my opinion.
