I have never seen anyone work so hard like Garrett does. He is a team player and is constantly looking for ways to help his team. Even in stressful situations Garrett always has a positive attitude. He takes such pride in his work and cares about the company he works for. I have never seen anyone more excited to learn and develop their skills than Garrett has shown. While getting his degree, his college classes weren't enough to quench his thirst for knowledge, so he went above and beyond and took lessons online from multiple sites.

Garrett is the perfect example of someone who consistently puts in the effort to build his skill set. I had the privilege of working on the same team as Garrett for three years and can say that I have never worked with a person who has dedicated more time to improving their technical skills. Garrett has the right attitude and cheerful countenance that you want for your entire team. I'd jump at the opportunity to work with him again.
