Providing on-site and remote instruction for the core courses in the Associate of Applied Science degree in Nondestructive Testing offered at Cowley College. Training learners in Visual, Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, Radiographic, and Eddy Current Testing Methods. I have created and delivered frequently updated curriculum which includes - content presentations, demonstrational videos, live instruction, guided and independent lab oversight, study guides, quizzes, and final exams equivalent to a Level I and II.This role has also required the responsibilities for managing the program through material procurement and inventory recording, the delegating of tasks as required, general classroom management, control of funds in accordance with a budget and projections, and last but most important lab safety including the roles of RSO.Another facet I enjoy and is often required is Program Marketing and Social Media Management for the program by video capturing, editing, animating, and graphic designing to create the content and effectively market the ArkCity program to recruit new learners.
