I am pleased to report that Garner is one of the finest and most effective professionals I've had the opportunity to work with. Although we served in different groups, there was plenty of synergy between our teams: Customer Success. The concept of actual Customer Success is not a bolt-on "commitment," but rather, a mindset and a way of doing business. It must be woven into the fabric of the organization's strategy and culture. If anyone understands what this means (and what it takes), it is Garner. He demonstrated an ability to help define what this means (operationally) for a specialized customer base, and led others to rise to the occasion (measurably in NPS). Further, his business, strategic, and financial acumen led to outstanding opportunities for the Customer Success Org to evolve - including returning revenue generating opportunities for the company.
