Garima worked for me for 12 months at Royal Bank of Scotland. During this time, although we never had the opportunity to meet in person, we were able to build an excellent working relationship via remote working; she made good use of the different communication tools available to us and was always ready to share her ideas and voice her thoughts about our work. Garima is quick to pick up new skills and quick to get tasks done; several times she demonstrated her willingness to 'go the extra mile' by fixing problems that were considered to be showstoppers to the progress of our projects; this included problems that required careful and detailed investigation to understand what was wrong and then explain it to our business users. On a personal level, I think she also has a good sense of humour and this showed through in the face of some challenging project milestones. I would happily work with Garima again if the opportunity arose in the future.
