As a service line leader she was responsible for providing leadership and communication, monitoring the work environment, assuring quality and patient / physician satisfaction. She has done her Masters in Hospital Management from Apollo institute of hospital administration, Hyderabad. She made a significant contribution in achieving the JCI Accreditation by help preparing the policies and standard operating procedures and was given the responsibility as core auditor in the hospital. After successful completion of JCI accreditation to Indraprastha Apollo she was promoted as Service Line Leader. She was an enthusiastic and dedicated employee with reliable work habits.
