I worked with Gareth for a number of years. He is always willing to work hard, not only at the easy things, but the difficult ones as well. When working with plant he can adapt easily and safely; molding his skills to new configuations or challenges well. In the same manner when undertaking new tasks, he will look at them from different angles considering options; not just randomly attack the problem. To put is simply Gareth as a benifit to any team he is part of, and his adaptabilty is his strength.

I had the pleasure of working with Gareth for a number of years during his time in Datashred. Gareth came into the business, with no prior knowledge of the industry and it's challenges and settled into his role very quickly. During his time, he was instrumental in improving the repair and maintenance of the production operation in Bedwas, improving production and quality and similarly with helping drive the culture around continuous improvement in all aspects of depot operations. Gareth is a key team player and always looking to help those around in and nurture those with less experience. I found Gareth was always eager to learn new skills, gain more knowledge about the industry and was committed to personal development not only in himself, but those in the team around him.

Played for Wales Dragon Hearts at the 4 nations championship where we finished second behind an impressive England side. Great experience with a great coaching setup and players.
