This regional role requires thinking and acting strategically, working across NHS board boundaries, communicating effectively, building relationships and encouraging joint working with a range of stakeholders within the NHS and partner agencies. It requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, planning and organisational skills, and the ability to influence others and negotiate effectively.
