I engaged Gareth as a project manager during Augean’s implementation of Sunsystems. This was a complex and timebound project which was critical to both improving MI in the business and meeting financial control objectives. Gareth was extremely successful in managing the multiple parties involved; Augean’s outsourced IT support, the software supplier, my team and Gareth’s team.
