      After a key individual left Kathea Communications the current CEO requested I be interviewed to take over as their Voice technical specialist, I then took this position. Later through study and merit I moved into their Video conferencing infrastructure and maintained a support role as well as running POC projects for their new clients.       I moved to C.T. to work for Green Arrow Tech and originally started working cabling jobs for network installations, this later evolved into being outsourced to CCOM a partner company on the support helpdesk where I began working with routers and VOIP. Later I was absorbed into ICTGlobe the VOIP/ISP provider. After ICTGlobe bought CCOM I continued to work on routers, VOIP and the helpdesk moving from 1st through to 3rd tier support. I specialised in projects solutions and high-level support issues, whilst also maintaining telephonic and remote support. Reason for Leaving: Head-Hunted by Kathea Communications.
