Gareth has been a real inspiration to me in my career, and I can safely say I wouldn’t be where I am in the product management industry today, without his mentoring and guidance. I worked under Gareth’s leadership on the home insurance product at Confused.com for several years, and as part of his team, we delivered many product enhancements and projects together. His approach to product management is one of customer-focus; ensuring products deliver exceptional user experiences through innovation and testing new ideas.
