  With over 30 years of experience in the packaging industry and having recognised there was an opportunity to launch a business that complimented the existing traditional carton manufacturers, Reelvision Print was launched. By addressing key customer demands whilst recognising the difficulties faced by competitors, the Reelvision strategy was to focus on servicing a gap in the market and develop a business that could really make a difference. Our achievements include: • Establishing a streamlined BSI approved system to enable fast accurate order administration, generating clear unambiguous instructions for production processing and dispatch of product with simultaneous invoicing • Developing an online estimating system to enable clients to generate bespoke quotations • Operating a creative approach to CAD construction offering a rapid supply of keyline profiles for artwork generation • Developing a dedicated team of multi-skilled Supply Chain Controllers who handle all aspects of their client’s needs covering estimating, artwork processing, production planning through to despatch • Building a sleek front end system that neatly combines with a minimal two stage production process which enables the business to commit to a five day lead time for the despatch of new product launches • A two man operation for up to seven colour printing, pattern varnish, die-cutting and full waste removal keeping production costs to the minimum • Developing an ink metering process which delivers full colour control and removes the need for shade tolerance variation standards • Constructing a rapid ink and plate make-ready system which eliminates the need to consider using composite gang printing techniques for small volume production • A one-pass print and die-cutting production process which is secure by design and removes the risk of product admixture
