• Perform set-up, operation, troubleshoot, dismantle and clean solid oral dose equipment (e.g.: fluid bed granulation, wet granulation, blending, tablet compression, encapsulation and coating) used in the manufacturing of commercial product.• Complete all documentation required for batch processing in a cGMP compliant manner, including; master batch records, process labels, room and equipment logbooks and in-process documentation. • Monitor product and process parameters throughout the process and perform in-process adjustments• Ensure that all pertinent issues are communicated between shifts • Work with R&D and Technical Services in the execution of experimental and pivotal batches• Document all manufacturing activities consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices• Participate in the commissioning of new process equipment• Perform manual, semi-automatic and automatic equipment cleaning, including controlled drying and storage procedures• Maintain manufacturing and facility spaces in a clean state

Encapsulation Technician/ Qualified Trainer
