Ensuring quality & complying with the client’s specifications.  Checking and Certifying Bills of Contractors.  Coordinate with my head office and client through emails, Calls, and work-related activities.  Evaluating performance and providing feedback to the project manager.  Prepares material and labor estimates.  Maintains responsibility for the correct stock levels of repair or replacement parts.  Inspects work in process to insure its completion within allotted time limits and for acceptable quality standards. ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE OF KITCHEN EQUIPMENT:  Knowledge of repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of equipment refrigeration equipment such as walk-in –freezers, industrial–sized cookers, refrigerators, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers.  Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.  Log in to the work order management system to find, accept and complete the work request.  Carry out the installation of new equipment, perform repairs on leaks, ensure settings on wiring controls, and change equipment parts that have become old and defective.  Collaborate with other maintenance workers, company officials, and staff to effectively provide solutions to maintenance problems.
