Understanding the requirements of Global customers and mounding to their way of working. Preparing Schedule for each project and monitoring schedule vs actual results for each project. Preparing complete BOM as per the requirement of project. Preparing project coasting as per the BOM in line with project Budget Single point of contact for customer for project updates, commercial, technical & quality Assurance. Coordination with Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Purchase, sales & Marketing departments for fulfilling the project and customer requirements.
