  • Aiming to work with challenging, dynamic and responsible demanding position as Senior Executive Engineer in Engineering department, Pre-treatment plant, Reverse osmosis(RO) system, Electro DE-Ionization(EDI), Purified Water Distribution(PWD) system, Multi-column distillation plant (WFI) and Pure Steam Generation system(PSG), total water plant maintenance and operation to be done. Daily log and sop’s to be prepared and check the daily activities. Participated in installations and validation of water system. • Monitoring Air Handling unit’s/ HVAC units, chiller temperature and RH. Filter cleaning activity to be done. Daily log and maintenance activity to be handled as per DQ, IQ, OQ AHU installation and validation as per room design. • I can prepare the sop for new system or machinery along with the comprehensive revision of already existed sop’s. • I had an experience in handling a new machinery qualification, Retrospective Qualification & Requalification. • I had an experience in preparation & qualification of a new system protocols like backup power systems, compressed air & nitrogen gas. • If any breakdown issues and maintenance works, Capable to handle. • All machineries instruments to be calibrated with third party as well as any damage or not working instruments to be replaced and if any minor issues to be solved in house only. • If PLC or VFD having any minor problems, I can easily find out and rectify the problem with best of my knowledge. • If any problems or replacements in motors, pumps and gear box timing adjustments are to be sorted out and rectified. • Full support to QA department in audits and preparing sop’s, re-qualification protocols in validation time. • I’m having an experience in facing 5 company audits previously. • Total plant will be associated with a growth oriented organization which may utilize my professional technical talent and skill to work with a Multinational Organization and to prove my skills and abilities in that field.
