This involves marketing, sales, product development, implementation and customer service related activities in an effort to improve the customer's experience with us as a company and our product as well as to drive business growth and market share. ---- Results ---- • Developed eye-screening software (AI) with over 5M screenings performed. • Led external development teams including developers and researchers at Universities as Product Owner and Project Manager alongside CTO. • Led several soft funding and equity funding initiatives and raised 4M+ DKK. • Achieved CE Class I (MDR), ISO 13485:2016 and CE Class IIa (MDD) • Co-piloted sales efforts, directly responsible for marketing and closed deals with the largest optometry retailers in Europe as well as Hospitals. • Led effort to improve decision making in marketing, regulatory issues and customer interaction based on data from local markets
