Witnessed hydro test, leak test, pneumatic test, pad test, flushing / air blowing. Reviewing the applicable instruments for inspection with valid calibration certificates. Welding of Piping system as per shop and field weld and inspection. Coordination of NDT crews as per the priorities. To undertake preparation of Final QC dossier/ Manufactures Record Book as applicable for handing over to the Client and maintain proper filing system (as per Organization procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the QC document.
