  • Product design for NPD with calculations based on application inputs. Experience in preparing design and development documentation with manufacturing process knowledge and manufacturing liability. • FEA based on static, thermal, dynamic and some other tools of Ansys. • Experience in making detail drawings considering all the applicable GD&T parameters on child part and assembly equivalent. • VAVE on existing components with improve capabilities and profit margin by saving on the manufacturing process which are validated using FEA skills. • Rapid prototyping of VAVE products to check the fit and finish, fixtures, special purpose tools etc. Key Projects : • Hydro pneumatic clutch system for CPCA which was design to leverage the existing hydraulic system with addition of pneumatic force, • VAVE on Cage of existing bearing with addition of grease retention for better life was done and tested with the protos manufactured using 3D Printer.

  D & O motorsports is an automobile customization shop well known for its custom performance exhausts and engineering consultation for various industries such as private sectors, movie and government. Key projects : • TATA NANO RACE Conversion : A stock Tata Nano was provided by a media reviewer. I was assigned to design the complete conversion. Radical SR3 chassis was used as reference to create the suspension geometry. The whole body was 3d scanned in order to assist in the design calculations pertaining to the chassis and suspension. • BMW E46 3 Series DRIFT BUILD : Designed full Roll cage, bash bars and chassis reinforcement according to FORMULA Drift rules and regulations using FEA. Car was a purpose built to compete in drift competition events. • AIRBOAT (NAVAL Operations) : The project was commissioned by the local government body for deep mangrove and marshland surveillance. Designed full airboat to be perfectly balanced in all type of water flow conditions. • MOVIE PROJECT : Designed handguns for “THE IMMORTAL ASHWATHAMA” movie with design consideration of futuristic theme and manufactured using 3D printers and resin printer experience.

  Prahaar racing India, a collegiate level formula student team of Saraswati college of engineering wherein I was responsible for the overall design and manufacturing of the vehicle’s powertrain which includes : • Design and Development of restricted intake for the KTM 390. • Laminar flow exhaust which was develop using principle of fluid mechanics along with CFD tool. • An efficient heat exchanger with thermodynamics basic which cools the engine using plain water.   Team Piston Heart Racing India, was successfully led by me as a team captain from inception to finishing All India 9th rank on our maiden foray into go-kart championship. • Designed the chassis which was rules certified and fabricated in house using my own wielding skills. • Powertrain of the vehicle was successfully done using the my FSAE experience. • Braking systems on paper assumptions to clearly brake test in the event was my responsibility.
