Michael Lee
I worked closely with Dhaivat at LiveAction for 3 years. Dhaivat is a great teammate with full dedication of the work. He always shows deep knowledge of our product and the technologies, and provides helpful knowledge to the team and enables us to keep improving our product. His detailed testing and advanced troubleshooting is the most sought after in the team. He provides great help on our infrastructure, and built out all our performance test beds. Dhaivat worked for me as a Library IT Helpdesk technician at San Jose State University. His job included answering the Helpdesk phones, resolving a wide variety of PC, applications and network resource issues. Problems range from simple mouse issues, to access privileges and network account resolution, network connectivity issues, malware attacks, email issues, Windows, iOS, Android and Linux issues; including PC’s and laptops, Macs, iPads, Android tablets. Dhaivat was able to assist our users with issues on all these platforms and did so with cheerful aplomb. He worked with with little or no supervision and I REALLY appreciated how well he handled things in my absence. His job also required him to assist with inventory of IT Helpdesk assets and software, as well as provide support for classrooms and meeting rooms throughout the library from time to time. This required skills in configuring and adjusting AV equipment and coaching the public and University participants in the general and specific use of that equipment. His customer service skills were exceptional; he had a calming effect on our users, students, staff and faculty. These are all specialized skills that are not often found in one person, like they are in Dhaivat. If you add to that his customer service capabilities and interpersonal skills you will discover that Dhaivat is a substantial and valuable resource.
