  MEGHMANI (EOU) DYES AND INTERMEDIATES, Ahmadabad Sept. 2009 – Till date Packing In-charge • Accountable for monthly production and dispatch planning for various chemical dyes and optimizing the container usage for dispatch. • Leading efforts with a team of 12 members; reporting to production Manager. • Responsible for maintaining the stock inventory up to 1000 MT; making recommendation to the management in saving funds by minimizing scrap & material loss in packaging. • Interacting with vendors to determine the size and type of packaging; coordinating with planning department and designers to optimize the design for packaging. • Drawing up production plan and raising timely indents for required inputs to ensure timely availability to meet planned production. • Handling Internal and International audits and documentation while generating safety awareness among workmen and technicians to ensure incident free operations. • Supervising packing / dispatch operations and maintaining regular coordination with sales department to ensure deliveries as per schedule. Consistently meeting dispatch targets duly handling additional requirements with proper coordination. • Optimize resources while identifying and mitigating bottlenecks in the line. Involve in cost management, production planning and control while inspecting that the goods produced are within the quality parameters. • Arranging training sessions for technicians & workers to update their technical and operational skills. • Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high quality productivity with minimum resources of man, material & machine.
