I was also responsible for creating the coding system for this application from scratch. • I introduced new AUTOCAD software to my employer for drawing project flowcharts, PID projects etc. This allowed us to work more efficiently with existing and new customers. • Updated all user manuals and technical data sheets for the companies' systems to improve service to customers.
