I had the privilege of working with Gam at anywell in the last year where Gam served as Operations Expert. Gam is talented, a fast learner and hard worker. He took on himself a variety of tasks that are beyond and above his role definition: educating partners, creating marketing materials, marketing research and technical onboarding. It is very rare to find an individual who has a perfect balance of both high IQ and EQ. Gam and I had the pleasure of working together for a little over a year at anywell. As our first US hire, he took on many roles and wore many hats while driving our cause forward. I was continually impressed by Gam’s ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep everyone updated, which dramatically helped increase our productivity and growth. All the while, always made sure that our face-to-face meetings had coffee and snacks to power us through! Gam, who oversaw all 100+ of our US partnerships by the end of his time with us, made each and everyone one of them feel heard and unique. I remember asking to take a tour and meet some of our partners and the rapport and familiarity that was between them, all while speaking about metrics and projections for the next quarter, and what we plan to implement, was truly inspiring.
