Lead the evolution and transformation of Clippings to a B2B SaaS platform with focus on large sized furniture brands digital commerce. I was responsible for leading the discovery phase while working closely with the first customer - Herman Miller. I was focused on defining scope for the MVP of their whitelabel platform, overseeing the implementation phase while working closely with all four scrum teams. This assured a smooth and timely release of the Herman Miller Professional platform. After this, I continued working closely with Herman Miller to scope and define improvements to the platform.
