This is my first job in customer service, and manufacturing management, without Galit I would not be successfully directing the customer service department solo. She always provided me with the tools I need to be successful, with accurate instructions on all my duties. She has been an amazing mentor, and went above and beyond to set me up for success. Our protocols, and procedures have changed drastically since I started, and I had the opportunity to watch it grow and flourish while Galit was here. I know I will be able to keep her hard work up and going, even though she has moved on from the company, because of the time and effort she put into me and the business.

Within a short period of time, Galit was able to formalize our process flow for sensitive customer-facing activities. She first identified areas that were causing the biggest bottlenecks in the workflow that were visible to the customers. She was then able to refine the process further to yield even greater efficiencies internally. Galit has a strong instinct for process development and refinement. The processes Galit put in place have paid off greatly and will only make us better if we adhere to them! She is also funny!!
