  YouScan is a Ukrainian🇺🇦product for marketers, the best platform for Social Media Listening with smart AI functions. I joined YouScan during the growth phase as the first HR person. The team was less than 40 people in two offices, and I had to deal with just about everything people-related. And today, five years later, here's what we've accomplished: ✅ Grown the team to 140 (by February 2022). ✅ Entered new markets (UK, USA, Mexico) and hired our first representatives there. ✅ Implemented HRMS and ATS, structured and automated our hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes. ✅ Organized incentives and chose providers. ✅ Structured and scaled recruitment processes and hired a recruitment team. Also, found recruitment partners (freelancers and agencies). ✅ Updated company values and culture deck. ✅ eNPS 80+ (measured twice a year). ✅ Significantly reduced turnover in two departments that were struggling with it. ✅ Introduced different fun activities (coffee calls, lunch roulette, birthday parties, etc.) ✅ Organized wow team building events. ✅ After russia invaded Ukraine, we closed operations in ru market and terminated the ru team. ✅ We stood behind our Ukrainian teammates during the the war A Gartner Cool AI Vendor for marketing and 2021 The Best Social Media Monitoring Software, YouScan's expanding in the US and LatAm markets.   In addition to all HRBP responsibilities, as Senior HRBP I hired and mentored our junior HR team members and made decisions on many internal projects. I also served as the interim HR team leader during my manager's 9-month maternity leave.As part of the global HR team, I also participated in company-wide projects such as the launch of the company's Career Development Center, soft skills development & training, company education centers for students, cross-office events, intranet development, HR process improvement, and opening of new offices.Additionally, for about 4 years I managed the activities of the Kyiv Education Center (in the KPI University), organizing annual promotional events, application campaigns, training process, internship, and hiring processes.   I gained most of my HR experience in terms of variety, scale and roles I was able to try out at Nectracker, a global telecommunications software provider and one of the largest IT companies in Ukraine at that time.The company developed during all the years I was there, opening new offices, going through M&As, winning new clients and creating new products. No two years in a row were the same.I joined the Kiev office as the only Talent Acquisition Manager when it had 100 people, and I've doubled that number in one year (mostly technical roles). After that, we hired more HR & recruiting specialists and restructured the HR service so that every department had an HR business partner who was fully responsible for the entire employee journey in that team - from hiring to onboarding, growth, training, and even offboarding. We rotated every few years, so I had the opportunity to work with R&D, Solution Delivery, Analytics, QA, Support, PM, Sales, and several administrative teams. Show less
