As an Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO - Corporate Development and Global Resources - I was a part of the managing team of a global company during days of a huge M&A, my job was to always think fast and act even faster, to answer the needs before they were raised, always in an accurate, smart, respected, diplomatic and gentle way. Working closely with such a talented, remarkable, demanding boss, gave me an amazing managerial tools and know how methods about managing people and projects, which later allowed me to implement the acquired knowledge and experience. In this position, I was managing and integrating complex and highly sensitive cross-divisions projects and operations. Also, active assignment control and follow up, supporting M&A, due diligence and other cross organizational integration processes, and drafting various legal materials related to labor agreements, options agreements and NDA’s, were part of my responsibilities. I was managing the audit committee of our divisions, so thus the Deputy CEO office, administrative and operational wise. In this position, I was a legal intern in the most prestigious and honored law firm in Israel. I was a part of a very intimate confidential department which took care of very wealthy clients and their capital, funds and assets worldwide. I was dealing with Estate planning, Trusts, Testaments and Endowments, and different kinds of inter-familial and inter-generational agreements, so thus with many other fields of law practice. This position required not only strong knowledge and law practice, but also highly sensitive delicate working skills and attitude. In this position, I have served as a flight attendant on El Al’s Business and Economy classes. I was honored as an Outstanding Flight Attendant. Together with those benefits, I had the opportunity to learn how to give an excellent service, how to solve problems when the resources are limited, how to be everything for total strangers for a given period of time, how to adjust myself to a million types of characteristics and of course, how to become a master in planning and prioritizing time and schedules.
