I hired Galen out of the managed services world into product based channel sales at Nintex. One of the key things that stood out with Galen was his humble nature, emotional intelligence and ability to recognize the challenges of running services companies. He is very process oriented, understands shortcomings in them and holds himself accountable in all situations.
