Galen and I worked together at Bridgeable in collaboration with a not-for-profit financial institution based in the US. Dedicated to help his team grow, Galen's first steps in the project was to discuss every teammate's development and learning opportunities for the project. Galen’s approach significantly shortened the time it took to develop these ideas, and helped build momentum for these new initiatives.
