Meagan Gabe
It’s not often you have the opportunity to work with an unbelievable colleague and mentor like Gail. I have had the privilege of knowing and working with Gail for over 15 years. We initially met earlier in my career when I was working at GES. Gail came in as our key client contact and I was immediately impressed with her knowledge and experience. Then in 2002, I joined her as a member of Quantum Management Group, Inc. During the 12 years we worked together, I had the unique opportunity of working as a member of her staff, while also supporting her with various clients. Gail’s commitment to her clients is both strong and limitless. Gail has the unique ability to make her staff, peers, and clients work at their highest levels. She can elevate a team’s performance by bringing new and efficient ways of working together, being extremely detailed with client projects, while keeping an eye on the big picture. Gail is the type of leader that makes you work harder, smarter, and better. She would be an invaluable asset to any organization.

I have worked with Gail on a number of occassions during my oversight of Hess's Remediation Program. She was able to step in on short notice and provide superior environmental management support during times of high work load, loss of personnel or for special projects. I commend her attention to organization, ability to collaborate with existing internal and external team members, and level of environmental technical and regulatory knowledge. Gail was able to provide me with business continuity and achievement of project goals.
