Gail's approach to consistently manage the fluctuating demands and client experience for 20+ Realtors was met with focus and the utmost accountability. COVID created unique challenges in our workplace; remote working was required, increase email and phone communication needed. Not only did Gail continue to fulfill her core roles, she went out of her way to check-in on Agents while we were all grappling with this "new normal". As the top producing Realtor in our office, I demanded a lot from Gail. She was always quick to pivot from one activity to the next, prioritize needs and address issues timely. She was an asset to our office and one that I miss.

Using my extensive art materials knowledge I worked with customers from first time artists to large educational institutions to provide them with their art supply needs. In addition my organizational skills were put to use reorganizing the special orders (will call) office and continually working to reconcile the inventory in the database to keep high demand products in stock. As a residential Realtor my job was to listen carefully to my clients’ needs and then educate and guide them through the complicated and often emotional process of buying or selling. I performed in-depth market analysis to make sure my clients got the best deal possible, I used my creative background to design effective marketing materials, and to stage homes. My organizational skills were essential in facilitating a consistent flow of information between the many parties involved in a purchase and sale. Show less

My responsibilities included database maintenance of academic records including class registration, class lists, grade posting, report cards, and official transcripts. Liaison between international students and the INS and between veterans and the Veteran's Administration. Managed the assistant registrar and student workers. This position required constant communication with students and with teachers. Classes changed every two weeks so we were constantly advising students and producing new class schedules. Diplomacy was very important as I was responsible for highly sensitive events such as suspensions and expulsions. Show less
